Inventory and mapping exercise of programmes aimed at reducing violence against women and girls.

Dear colleagues

JamPfP is undertaking an inventory and mapping exercise to get an idea of the various initiatives geared towards reducing violence against women and girls in Jamaica.  This is an attempt to document and highlight these initiatives.

The results of this mapping exercise will contribute to: (1) harmonizing and coordination of efforts in ending violence against women and girls; (2) knowledge management; and (3) operationalizing the existing violence prevention institutional frameworks e.g. the crime prevention and community safety strategy and the community renewal programme.

I would really appreciate your input, specifically:

  1. a.   Name of the project
  2. b.  Date the project was implemented
  3. c.   Age of constituents served
  4. d.  Summary of the project activities
  5. e.   Agencies partnered/collaborated with
  6. f.    Communities served.

Please send response by January 20, 2012. Thanks in advance.

 Regards

 Sandra Latibeaudiere
